Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for various client organizations.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, including passive talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on recruitment best practices.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize recruitment technology and data analytics to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consultancy, or a related HR field.
- Proven track record of success in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, employer branding, and candidate experience best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other talent acquisition software.
