Lead Teaching Assistant for Inclusive Class Coverage

Longthorpe Primary Academy is seeking a Lead TA (Class Cover) to provide effective classroom cover for planned and unplanned teacher absence, supporting pupils to make strong progress and fostering an inclusive, purposeful learning environment.

This fixed-term role runs from September 2026 to 31 August 2027. You will deliver planned activities, work with classes, groups and individuals (including SEND and EAL), and help with planning, assessment and feedback.
