About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, integrated telecommunications solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts for new service offerings.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to solution architects and engineers within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform architectural strategies.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices, scalability requirements, and performance standards across the company's offerings.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on solutions architecture and pre-sales engineering.
• Deep understanding of various telecommunication technologies including IP networking, cloud, mobile (4G/5G), and enterprise voice solutions.
• Proven ability to design and articulate complex technical architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing technical proposals, SOWs, and solution documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, ideally suited for a remote working environment.
