Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct daily operations of the telecommunications network , ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network operations specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and change control processes for the network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in telecoms operations management , with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, including mobile networks, fibre optics, and IP networking.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- Experience with network monitoring, performance management, and service assurance tools.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities in a remote setting.
