Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software applications for the telecoms industry .
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Architect complex software solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define software requirements and roadmaps.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in software development, with a significant focus on the telecoms sector or related fields.
- Proven experience in a lead or senior development role, with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go, and experience with microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, telecommunications standards, and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
