Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software systems for telecoms applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code using modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to the telecoms sector.
• Mentor and guide a team of software developers, providing technical leadership and fostering best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Software Developer, with a significant portion focused on telecoms or network software development.
• Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go) and associated frameworks.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and drive projects to successful completion.
