About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary Lead Telecoms Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and evolution of their next-generation telecommunications infrastructure, working entirely remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end telecommunications solutions, encompassing voice, data, and mobile technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to define solution requirements and roadmaps.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, design documents, and implementation plans for new network services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers and architects.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices, compliance regulations, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications network design and architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of IP networking, wireless technologies (5G, LTE), VoIP, and cloud-based network solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale, resilient, and secure network infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and threat mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
