Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of telecoms technicians , providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure network integrity and service quality.
• Manage network troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring rapid response to critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansion projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Technician or similar role, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems, including fibre optics, copper networks, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with network diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• A relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in telecommunications or a related field is required.
