Lead UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to guide their design efforts for their digital products, operating in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy and execution for all digital products and platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design thinking and execution across web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
