Job Description
Take ownership of core coding architecture and shape advanced simulations. Lead an expert, supportive team to deliver hyper-realistic XR simulations across the defense sector.
- British nationality.
- Advanced programming capability with Unreal Engine and C++.
- Experience coaching / mentoring junior engineers & technical leadership
- Experience in VR/XR development is nice to have
The work
- Directing coding architecture for digital training applications.
- Collaborating on technical proposals with change teams.
- Guiding an expanding internal software development team.
- Researching and evaluating new simulation technologies.
Your profile
- Experience in multiplayer network coding within Unreal Engine.
- Performance profiling and optimisation
- Agile project scoping and development background.
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
