Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design strategy, process, and team to create exceptional user experiences for digital products.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Conduct and interpret user research, translating insights into data-driven design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Mentor and manage a team of UX/UI designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring design quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing complex, user-centered digital products.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies, design systems, and interaction design principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
