Lead UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is searching for a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead their digital product design efforts, working entirely remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the UX/UI design strategy for all digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
• Mentor and manage a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design projects and teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional, remote teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, crucial for a distributed workforce.
• Experience in designing for complex web applications and mobile platforms.
