Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of VFX artists, providing clear direction and technical guidance.
• Develop and implement VFX pipelines and workflows, optimizing for efficiency and quality.
• Create stunning visual effects, including simulations, particles, explosions, and magical elements.
• Collaborate with directors and art leads to conceptualize and realize visual effects that enhance storytelling.
• Oversee the technical aspects of VFX integration into final sequences, ensuring seamless compositing.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to the VFX team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a VFX Artist , with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software such as Houdini, Maya, After Effects, and Nuke.
• Strong understanding of particle systems, fluid dynamics, and simulation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex shots and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent artistic eye and a keen understanding of composition, color, and motion.
• Experience working within the arts and entertainment sector , preferably on feature films or high-end games.
