Lead, Workday EDM Support & Service Delivery

Kainos is seeking an EDM Support Manager to oversee day-to-day support for the EDM product, balancing onboarding with ongoing service delivery. You will manage people, customer interactions, support processes, releases, and reporting to ensure SLA conformance and high service levels.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to align with the product roadmap and drive continual service improvement while supporting account growth and post-deployment success.
