Lead Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager

The Open University is seeking a Workforce Resource Manager to lead a team of Operational Planning Analysts across a multi-site contact centre. You will drive short- to long-term forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling to meet student demand while balancing budgets and service levels.

You will develop strong relationships with operational leaders, implement improvements in planning practices, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
