Lean Transformation Leader

Wiltech Acoustics, now part of Rehlko, is seeking a Lean Champion to lead continuous improvement across our Loughborough facility. This is a senior role focused on driving CI strategy, KPI ownership, and a culture of excellence in manufacturing.

You will engage with Sales, Design, Production and Logistics to identify wastes, run Kaizen events and embed Lean thinking into daily operations, ensuring world-class performance.
