Parkwood Leisure is seeking a focused Swim Manager to lead the Learn to Swim programme across Cotgrave and Keyworth Leisure Centres. You will oversee staff, programming, and commercial targets, ensuring high customer service and strong performance metrics.

You will use your knowledge of Learn to Swim frameworks and industry best practice to drive growth, manage timetables, and mentor swim teachers. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.
