This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, customer service, employability, careers guidance, sales or learner engagement who enjoys working with people and making a genuine difference to their future career prospects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting prospective learners from initial enquiry through to enrolment, providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and ensuring they are matched to the right programme first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and assess prospective learners
- Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
- Manage learner onboarding and enrolment processes
- Complete eligibility and funding compliance checks
- Support Maths and English initial assessments
- Maintain accurate learner records and reporting
- Attend careers fairs and recruitment events
- Build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders
- Support achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience within recruitment, interviewing, customer service, employability or similar people-focused environments
- Experience within education, apprenticeships, training or careers advice would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
