Learner Resourcer (Apprenticeship Department)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Wolverhampton (Bushbury)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pa (depending on experience, skills & qualifications)

We are looking for a Learner Resourcer. The role requires strong administrative skills and telephone experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and resource candidates via apprenticeship website, job sites and social media platforms.
• Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate shortlisted candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
• Complete candidate application forms, obtain prior attainment checks, deliver and document high‑quality Information Advice Guidance (IAG).
• Ensure that candidates are supplied to the Employer Engagement Team in a timely manner.
• Book maths and English invigilation.
• Maintain awareness of other coordinators’ vacancies and refer suitable candidates.
• Liaise with the Employer Engagement Team to ensure vacancy outcomes are timely and KPIs are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in resourcing candidates.
• Level2 qualification in Business Admin/Customer Service or equivalent.
• Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good energy and positive attitude.
• Ambitious.
