About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary Learning and Development Manager to design and implement impactful training and development programs for their distributed workforce. In this remote role, you will champion a culture of continuous learning, identifying skill gaps and creating engaging learning experiences that foster employee growth and support business strategy. You will be responsible for the entire L&D lifecycle, from needs analysis and program design to delivery and evaluation, ensuring that learning initiatives are relevant, effective, and accessible to all team members. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate a range of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills assessments, and consultations with leadership.
- Manage the L&D budget and vendor relationships effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organisation.
- Utilise technology and modern learning methodologies to create engaging and accessible learning experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Learning and Development management role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering virtual training sessions and digital learning content.
