About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Learning & Development Specialist to contribute to their team in Edinburgh . This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs that foster employee growth and enhance organizational performance. You will work collaboratively with various departments to identify learning needs and create impactful solutions, blending in-office engagement with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization.
• Stay current with best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Familiarity with various training methodologies and LMS platforms .
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
