About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and engaging Learning and Development Specialist to join their fully remote HR team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. You will work across the organization to identify learning needs, create engaging content, and facilitate training sessions in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across the organization through needs analysis and consultation with stakeholders.
• Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and facilitator guides.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate tracking of training completion.
• Support the implementation of talent development and succession planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar L&D role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering virtual training programs.
• Proficiency with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
