About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
• Assist individuals in engaging with community activities, hobbies, and social events.
• Promote independence and help individuals develop life skills.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, fostering positive relationships.
• Monitor individual progress and contribute to care planning and review meetings.
• Ensure a safe and supportive living environment for all residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and reliable nature.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
