Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Disability Support Worker to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role is focused on empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives within their community. You will provide essential personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance, enabling clients to access opportunities and engage in activities they enjoy. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support, respecting the dignity and privacy of individuals.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including domestic chores, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients to participate in community activities, social events, and educational or vocational pursuits.
- Encourage and promote independence, decision-making, and choice for all individuals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, observations, and any incidents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting, particularly with individuals with learning disabilities, is preferred but not essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow care plans meticulously.
