Learning Support Assistant for Neurodiverse Learners

Phoenix Learning and Care Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students at Oakwood Specialist College in Torpoint. You will help learners aged 16+ with autism, ADHD and other disabilities, focusing on life skills, maths and English, and work experience alongside teaching staff.

You'll work in small classes (5-7 learners), with 1-2-1 or small group support, planning and assessing learning.
