Learning Support Assistant — Grow with CPD & Outdoor Learning

Bovington Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting pupils across the school, including SEND learners. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, working across year groups, and contributing to enriching learning experiences in a nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will be committed to raising achievement, enjoy teamwork, and participate in ongoing CPD opportunities within the Aspirations Academies Trust framework.
