Learning Support Assistant – Inspire Young Minds

Henhurst Ridge Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils and work with the class teacher to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences. You will help create an inclusive environment and contribute to high standards of pupil achievement.

The role involves structured small group or 1:1 activities, delivering whole-class learning, and bringing learning to life with practical activities while maintaining good behaviour and high expectations.
