Protocol Education is working with a number of welcoming schools across Chelmsford who are seeking a Permanent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their teams from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
- Provide support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Support children with additional learning needs where required
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- A caring, patient, and supportive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible within a school setting
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
