Learning Support Assistant: SEND & Inclusion Champion

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with SEND across campus, promoting inclusion and independence.

You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support in classroom settings and in 1:1 and group interventions, helping learners achieve their targets within Functional Skills, GCSE and vocational programmes. Travel between campuses is required.

Commitment to safeguarding and equality is essential, with enthusiasm to develop skills through CPD.
