Learning Support Assistant

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Acton, Ealing is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school that values creativity, resilience, and curiosity, and where staff are encouraged to grow professionally.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide targeted support for children with additional needs, working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo, gaining valuable experience in supporting children with a range of special educational needs.

The school has a strong community feel and a collaborative staff team who are passionate about inclusion. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of the school community and benefit from working alongside experienced teachers and support staff.
