The Role of a Learning Support Assistant

Candidate Profile

To be successful as a Learning Support Assistant , you will:

• Hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• Have strong A levels and GCSE results to match.
• Be resilient, adaptable, and proactive in a busy school environment.
• Show genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people as a Learning Support Assistant .
