LJ Recruitment seeks a Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer to work across England and Wales on lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage matters. The role excludes contentious leasehold work, with collaboration from property litigators.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of dedicated experience, supervise juniors, and maintain strong client care and billing standards in a flexible hybrid/remote setup from Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury or Fordingbridge.
