I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its specialist Residential Leasehold and Block Management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise freehold landlords and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters
• Handle lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and related residential property work
• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
• Develop and grow an existing caseload

You will have:

• Proven leasehold enfranchisement experience
• Strong technical knowledge and client management skills
• A client following and/or established referral network
• The ability to work independently and contribute to business development
