About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and astute Legal Advisor to join their remote-first legal team, supporting operations across Wales. You will provide essential legal counsel on a broad range of matters, ensuring the company operates within the bounds of the law and manages its risks effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial agreements, compliance, and operational matters relevant to the Welsh market.
• Review and draft legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant legislation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in managing disputes and advising on litigation strategies where applicable.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the company's business.
• Support the business development team with legal aspects of new ventures and partnerships.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in the UK.
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Welsh law and UK commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience in contract review and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
