Glassbox, a global leader in AI-driven customer intelligence and digital experience software, is seeking a Legal Counsel - Commercial to join their legal team. This role focuses on supporting UK and US commercial operations, managing strategic agreements, and providing legal counsel within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practicing certificate (or equivalent common law qualification eligible for UK practice).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial legal experience.
• Prior in-house legal experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, contract, commercial, and corporate law.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Serve as lead counsel for UK and US commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Analyze legal risks and collaborate cross-functionally across global time zones.
• Resolve commercial disputes through negotiation or mediation.
