Legal Counsel: Contracts, IP & Corporate (12-Month)

LAW Absolute is seeking a Legal Counsel for a 12-month contract in London. The role covers drafting commercial and IP contracts, protecting and maintaining IP rights, and handling corporate legal matters with a strong commercial focus.

You should be a qualified legal professional and/or UK qualified solicitor with several years PQE and solid knowledge of contract, corporate, commercial and IP law. Hybrid work model (2 days in the office) with salary of £90,000.
