Legal Counsel - EPC & Energy Projects (Hybrid, UK)

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Legal Counsel to support EPC activities across the UK and Ireland, reporting to the London-based Legal team. You will provide commercially focused legal advice through tendering, procurement, project delivery and operations.

You will draft, review and negotiate EPC, O&M and subcontract agreements, support project teams in contract administration, and identify risks while ensuring governance and budget adherence.
