Legal Counsel – Insurance Recoveries & Disputes

Marley Risk Consultants Limited in Cheltenham offers a permanent Legal Counsel role with hybrid working. You will advise the Claims team on recovery opportunities from building and latent defect insurance claims, analysing liability and securing commercially sensible outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor or equivalent with at least five years’ PQE and substantial experience in insurance recovery litigation or construction disputes.
