About the Role

Our client requires a highly competent Legal Counsel with a strong background in Real Estate Law to join their remote-first legal team. You will provide strategic legal advice on all aspects of real estate transactions, from acquisition and development to leasing and disposal. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of property-related agreements and contracts.
• Manage legal aspects of property development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct legal due diligence on properties and advise on potential risks.
• Liaise effectively with external counsel, agents, and other stakeholders to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

• Solicitor or Barrister qualified in England and Wales with a minimum of 6 years' experience in real estate law .
• Proven experience in handling complex commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of property development, planning, and environmental law.
• Exceptional negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
