Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the legal aspects of software development, licensing, and SaaS agreements.

• Assist in negotiating technology and data-related contracts with vendors and clients.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a strong focus on technology and data law .
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in technology transactions, data privacy, or IP law.
• Solid understanding of software licensing, cloud computing, and data protection principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders within a hybrid office setting in Oxford .
