Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with a strong background in technology and IP law .
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating technology and IP-related contracts.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and their implications for technology businesses.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
