Job Description
Legal Counsel – Leading Firm – Buckinghamshire Legal Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
- Provide legal support and advice on corporate governance matters.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance issues within the logistics or defence sectors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated.
- Stay abreast of developments in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
- Proven experience in commercial law, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
- Experience in logistics or defence law is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
