Legal Counsel

to provide practical, commercial legal support across a broad range of business activities, helping to manage risk while supporting growth and strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their in-house career within a fast-paced, international business. What You'll Do Draft, review and negotiate a variety of

commercial and procurement contracts Support

M&A transactions , corporate projects and company secretarial activities Advise on a range of legal and regulatory matters, including disputes and compliance issues Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide pragmatic legal guidance Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions to support business objectives Support wider legal projects and initiatives as required What You'll Bring Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (UK) Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE Experience gained in a leading law firm or fast-paced in-house environment Strong drafting and negotiation skills across commercial agreements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland Desirable: In-house legal experience FMCG, food or manufacturing sector experience Corporate or company secretarial experience
