Legal Enquiry Team Advisor | Dundee
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full Time | Permanent
About the Role
As a Legal Enquiry Team Advisor, you'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for new client enquiries. Working across telephone, email, website enquiries, and other communication channels, you'll gather key information, explain funding options, and ensure clients receive a professional and empathetic experience from their very first interaction.
Based in Dundee, you'll join a collaborative team environment where no two days are the same. Hybrid working is available following the successful completion of probation, with a requirement to attend the Dundee office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for new client enquiries via telephone, email, website, and other communication channels
Delivering a professional, empathetic and client-focused service
Gathering detailed information relating to accidents, injuries and potential claims
Accurately recording and maintaining client information on the case management system
Obtaining supporting documentation including photographs, evidence and other relevant materials
Taking ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to handover to the appropriate legal team
Working towards individual and team performance targets, including conversion rates and client satisfaction measures
Developing knowledge of personal injury law and the firm's services
About You
Previous experience within a customer service, contact centre or sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Empathetic, professional and client-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office applications and learning new systems
Understanding of customer service principles and GDPR requirements
Ability to work towards individual performance and productivity targets
Experience within a legal environment would be advantageous but is not essential
