About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Executive specializing in Property Law to join their forward-thinking legal practice. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages, ensuring a seamless and efficient service for clients. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent client management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in the field of property law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and review title deeds and lease agreements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Oversee the registration of property titles with the Land Registry.
- Provide clear and timely advice to clients on all aspects of their property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property law legislation and professional conduct rules.
Requirements
- Qualified Legal Executive (CILEX) or equivalent experience in property law.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in handling various types of conveyancing transactions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property law , including unregistered and registered land.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with case management software and digital conveyancing platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
