Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with case preparation, legal research, and drafting of legal documents.
- Manage client communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining case files.
- Conduct property searches, title investigations, and prepare necessary documentation for property transactions.
- Support the litigation team by preparing court documents and evidence bundles.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and time recording.
Requirements
- CILEX qualification or equivalent legal executive training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal.
- Demonstrated experience in conveyancing, probate, or litigation support.
- Excellent understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in case management software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
