Our client is seeking a highly capable and self-motivated Legal Executive to join their fully remote legal practice. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a high-calibre legal service. You will manage a caseload, provide expert advice, and ensure the efficient progression of legal matters for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct legal research, prepare documentation, and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing parties, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate and organised case files, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of firm-wide best practices in a remote context.

Requirements

• Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Proven experience in managing specific areas of law (e.g., conveyancing, litigation, corporate).
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and remote working tools.
• A commitment to providing high-quality legal services remotely.
