Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their busy practice located in the heart of Milton Keynes . Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of legal matters, including property transactions, probate, or litigation, from inception to completion.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear advice to clients.
• Draft and prepare all necessary legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaise directly with clients, opposing parties, and other professionals involved in cases.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to all procedural rules and deadlines.
• Contribute to the development and marketing of the firm's legal services.

Requirements

• Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload within a specific area of law (e.g., conveyancing, wills and probate, family law).
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using legal software and standard office applications.
