Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of matters, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms as directed.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, barristers, and court staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case management systems.
- Assist fee earners with all aspects of case progression from initiation to completion.
Requirements
- CILEX qualification or equivalent experience in legal executive practice.
- Proven experience in a legal support role, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation relevant to the practice area.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using case management software and standard office applications.
