Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established Belfast law firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancing & Litigation Legal Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong reputation, supportive culture, and a varied workload across both conveyancing and litigation. The OpportunityWorking alongside experienced Solicitors, you'll provide high-quality secretarial support across both departments, managing files, preparing legal documentation, coordinating diaries, and ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion. Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary depending on experience Excellent annual leave entitlement plus statutory holidays Ongoing training and career development Friendly and supportive team environment Belfast city centre location with excellent transport links Key ResponsibilitiesProviding secretarial support across Conveyancing and Litigation Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion Assisting with litigation matters and monitoring key court deadlines Audio typing and document production Coordinating diaries, appointments, and meetings Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, courts, Counsel, and third parties Opening, maintaining, and closing files in line with firm procedures Responding to client enquiries via telephone and email Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy legal team About YouPrevious experience in Conveyancing and Litigation Experience in Conveyancing and Litigation is highly desirable Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent audio typing and document production abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, proactive, and team-focused approach For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please submit your CV via the link or contact Caoimhe Fairfield at Honeycomb directly: Email:
